This establishment has been one of my preferred dining destinations in Victoria for more than 25 years. Their menu offers a wonderful selection, and the food is consistently delightful. The service and ambiance of the restaurant are truly excellent.

This pasta is the most delicious I've ever eaten in recent years. I very often order pasta in establishments and have a great deal. It's really delicious. If you are nearby, be sure to visit this place. Everything is delicious, the staff is pleasant and the prices are moderate.

The service and atmosphere here was absolutely fantastic! Our servers were very accommodating, drink glasses always being topped up and overall very friendly and helpful! They have a lovely patio outside which by evening is mostly sun covered but lots of trees and planters around that create a nice environment in the summer months. The food was mediocre. I expected the watermelon salad to be almost all watermelon, which is was not even close. And the dips for the med bread were mostly just cream cheese and was quite underwhelming. The salmon and broccolini was a little bland. The poke nachos were great, although a small serving, and the chicken pasta was great as well - filled with lots of veg.

We had a great experience at Med Grill Royal Oak. The restaurant has a really nice vibe and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place for both casual dining and special occasions. The servers were friendly, attentive, and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. Everything we tried was well prepared and enjoyable. The desserts were also amazing and a perfect way to finish the meal. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good food, great service, and a nice atmosphere.

I've been to the Med Grill more times than I can remember. The food has always been good. Today I strayed from my usual favourite, the pecan and pear salad, and tried the mini tacos (blackened chicken). They were good but the salad is better! Service was great. Even at lunch the noise level was quite high (on a Tuesday afternoon.) During peak hours, the parking lot can fill up quickly.

My wife and I enjoyed our 25th anniversary dinner here. We both enjoyed it and would come back. I had the Seafood Linguini and she had the Braised Beef Short Rib. We had the 3-Dip Med Bread for an appetizer. I'd say that was my favorite flavor of the night! It was delicious! I also tried the calamari which was flavorful and presented well. For dessert, we had the berry trifle and the sticky caramel date something or other. Both were amazing and they put candles in them because of it being our anniversary which was neat. Richard sat us down, took our orders and took care of us. He was pleasant and friendly, talking to us for a few minutes at the end of the night. All-in-all, a good experience. Happy we went.

We went there for Valentines dinner. The set menu was pretty decent. Desserts were amazing, totally forgot to take a photo of it! Overall experience was great and would love to come back for their actual menu choice.
